What happens when you cancel?
Canceling a subscription stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. You keep Pro access until that period ends, and cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund.
When can you request a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, billing errors, and exceptional circumstances. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
