How does the free trial work?

Seven days of every Pro feature, no card required. Each account gets one trial.

Is the listed price really all I pay?

Yes. $5 or $20 a month, tax included. The price you see is the exact charge.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

Your account becomes read-only: everything you captured stays readable and deletable, but new capture, quizzes, and AI output pause until you subscribe.

Can I switch plans later?

Upgrading to Pro takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrading to Standard takes effect at the end of your paid month.

If I move from Pro to Standard, do I lose my AI summaries?

No. Everything generated while you had Pro stays readable. Standard just doesn't generate new AI output.

How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid month. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded — see the Refund Policy.

Do you offer annual plans?

Not yet. Monthly only for now.
